No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds. All eligible issues are resolved through exchange only.
Exchanges
- Available for size or design issues
- Reach out within 2 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
- Customer bears the cost of return shipping
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — shipping covered by us.
Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are final and not eligible for exchange.
Out of Stock
If the requested size or design isn't available, store credit will be issued instead.
Exchange Timeline
Once approved, exchanges are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
